Questions
How many units?
Phase 1 (Buildings 87 and 100) will have 78 units. The overall phased redevelopment plan to be built out over the next few years will have approx. 250 apartments located within 14 different buildings. Apartment rental rates will be finalized as the construction schedule for each phase progresses.
Is there an application fee?
Yes, we charge an application fee to apply, to cover the background check cost. A rental application link will be added here at a later date. Applicant’s gross monthly income should be at least 3 times monthly rent.

We provide basic high-speed Internet and trash service. All units are equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, garbage disposal, washer and dryer.
