How many units?
The current plan is for approx. 250 apartments located within 14 different buildings as part of a phased redevelopment plan. Apartment rental rates will be finalized as the construction schedule progresses.
Is there an application fee?
Yes, we charge an application fee to apply, to cover the background check cost. A rental application link (via TenantCloud) will be added here at a later date. Applicant’s gross monthly income should be at least 3 times monthly rent.
How much is the security deposit?

We provide basic high-speed Internet and trash service. Also, all units are equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, garbage disposal, washer and dryer.
